I ordered from Joylgbt and, the sizing was exactly what I was hoping for. I went by the size chart, and for me, it ended up fitting pretty much perfectly.
I was a little nervous before it arrived because sizing can be hit or miss, but I didn’t have any weird tight spots or areas that felt too loose. Based on my experience, I’d definitely order my usual size again.

The customization options were okay, but a bit more limited than I expected. I was able to make a few choices, just not really enough to feel fully personalized. What annoyed me most was the timing, it felt like the options or updates came at the worst possible moment, so the whole process ended up being more frustrating than it needed to be.

I did eventually find what I needed, but the site kind of gets in its own way. Some pages were slow to load, and the menu wasn’t exactly obvious, so I spent more time clicking around than I should have. It’s not terrible, but they could definitely make it smoother and easier to use.

I ordered one of the pride hoodies and it turned out nicer than I expected. The print still looks good after a few washes, at least so far, and the fabric is actually soft. Shipping took a little longer than I thought it would, but the hoodie itself is good quality, so I’m not too bothered.

It lasted longer than I expected, but after a while the stitching started getting loose. Not saying they planned it that way, but it does make you wonder why it held up just long enough before starting to give out. Overall, okay, just not amazing

But I’m still annoyed because it took way too long to arrive, and that’s on them. If the shirt is ready to sell, they should have their shipping figured out

I think it showed up about a week later than expected, or maybe it was just a few extra days, I can’t remember exactly, but shipping was definitely a bit slow. Still really happy with the fit and feel overall

The items were wrapped neatly, though there was a little more plastic than I expected, which feels preventable. Still, everything arrived clean and safe, so overall I’m happy with it. 4 stars
